Why apply for a workshop on story telling?
- To take a risk. I saw the application and simply thought “why not?”
- To be a better person. After the first day of the workshop, I realized just how much I have yet to learn about life. Diversity does make room for an open mind.
- To expand a skill. Telling a story may seem the like the most natural ability, but - at least for me - it is a skill that must be cultivated.
- Lastly, radio is hip. Yes, I said hip.
And that is all there is to it.
